This website is operated by Azterion Technologies ("Azterion"), Parque Tecnologico Orion, Av. H. Colegio Militar 4709, Floor 1, 31150 Chihuahua, Mexico. By using this site you accept these terms. They govern the use of the website and describe, in general form, the framework under which we provide services; every project is governed by its own signed proposal and agreement.
Site content (articles, guides, calculators and downloadable templates) is informational and general in nature; it is not legal, tax or binding commercial advice. Free downloads are for use within your own business: you may use and adapt them internally, but not resell or redistribute them as your own. Prices published on the site are reference figures; every engagement is quoted formally.
Services are formalized through a written service proposal (scope, deliverables, timeline and payment terms) and an agreement signed by both parties. Additional services outside the proposal are quoted separately and require written agreement before work begins.
We work in stages with partial deliveries. Unless agreed otherwise, the client has a review window of five (5) business days per delivery to submit observations; after that period without observations, the delivery is deemed accepted. Delivery timelines depend on the client providing required information and approvals in a timely manner.
Delivered work is covered by a three (3) month warranty from final delivery, covering the correct functioning of what Azterion specified and built. Upon receiving a report we acknowledge it and propose a resolution plan within 48 business hours. The warranty does not cover issues caused by: unauthorized third-party developers or vendors, modifications to code, databases or configurations made by others, use under conditions different from those agreed, or unpaid services.
Economic rights over software and deliverables built for a client transfer to the client once the agreed price has been paid in full, under Mexican copyright law (moral rights remain with the author). Until full payment, Azterion retains ownership and commercial use of the work requires its written authorization. General-purpose tools, libraries and know-how developed by Azterion independently of the project remain Azterion property.
Projects are paid according to the schedule in each proposal, typically an advance plus stage payments against deliveries. We issue the applicable tax invoices for every payment received. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless expressly stated.
We treat non-public information shared by clients and prospects (pricing, processes, ideas, know-how, methods and operating data) as confidential, and expect the same treatment for our information, proposals and methodologies. This obligation survives the end of the relationship.
The website and its content are provided "as is". Azterion does not guarantee specific results from applying blog content, nor uninterrupted availability of the site, and is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites. For contracted projects, Azterion liability is limited to what is expressly agreed in the corresponding contract.
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
These terms and our services are governed by the laws of Mexico, including the Federal Copyright Law, the Commercial Code and the Civil Code of the State of Chihuahua. Disputes will preferably be resolved through mediation or arbitration and, failing that, before the competent courts of Chihuahua City, Mexico.
