The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are governed by separate service agreements executed between Azterion and the client.
All custom software, systems, and deliverables created under a service agreement are transferred to the client upon full payment, as specified in the applicable agreement. Azterion retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivering services.
We treat all client information as confidential. We do not disclose client business information, technical specifications, or project details to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
Azterion Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 90 days preceding the claim.
You may not use our website to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or objectionable content. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website or systems.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Chihuahua, México. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chihuahua, México.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
