Node.js, React, PostgreSQL. You have built production systems end to end and care about maintainability.
Figma, design systems, user research. You design for real users, not portfolios.
You translate business problems into technical requirements. Bilingual (ES/EN) required.
Strong fundamentals, eager to learn, 1–2 years of production experience. We invest in junior engineers.
